David Francois

E.W. Scripps Company, Managing Director, OTT and Product Strategy, Local Media Division

David Francois is managing director of OTT and product strategy for the The E.W. Scripps Company’s Local Media Division. He is responsible for all consumer facing digital products and leads Scripps’ local OTT business, including the sales and content strategy.

Originally hailing from Virginia, Francois has been at Scripps for 13 years. His previous roles have included director of mobile strategy and operations and senior director of product, where he led consumer facing digital products for Scripps’ Local Media Division and its brands.

Francois lives in Cincinnati with his wife Cristina, three children, Henry, Carter and Madeline, and his lab Bella. In his spare time he likes to write and record music, coach youth sports, and spend as much time outside hiking and fishing as possible.
